Grigor Group’s Directors have years of first-hand experience in the industry working on high profile events. We are passionate about the quality of our work and creating new innovative solutions to existing problems.

I first started working in theatre 20 years ago. Throughout my career I have specialised in lighting and performed many other diverse roles; set designer, technical facilitator, light/sound/stage technician, stage manager, workshop coordinator etc.

Having just completed a BSc Design and Innovation with The Open University, I am now keen to begin my design career through our own business venture, meaning I can always be sure to work to the sustainability standards and ethics I have learnt through my studies.

I am an experienced freelance Technical Stage Manager and Lighting Technician skilled across Theatre, Music, Dance and Corporate Events with more than 20 years industry experience and five years with the NEC Group managing blue-chip awards, dinners and exhibitions.

My normal day is busy co-ordinating work flow on build, show and break-down of live events. I manage the building of stages, overhead rigging of truss and equipment, making the set look great on time and keeping the client happy and everyone safe.
